General Terms and Conditions of Sales

Flexible rates winter 2026

Deposit: 50% of the total cost of your stay is payable on booking. The balance is due 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellation: no charge up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations between 14 and 1 day. 100% of the stay for cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of no-show.

Special conditions for the holiday season (from 20.12.2025 to 03.01.2026):

Deposit: 50% of the total cost of your stay is payable on booking. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

Cancellation: no charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions.

Deposit: 100% of the cost of the stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation: The total amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation or modification.

Terms and conditions of sale :

Extra charges from the 3rd person in room per night:

Bed and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €140 /Child 3-12: €120

Baby : offered

Pet: €35 per day excluding food

Tourist tax: €3.50 per day per person over 18 years of age

Parking : €35 per day with valet parking

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : Rooms are available from 4pm.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the chosen rate) and in the case of payment by credit card, this will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link. Please note that bank checks are not accepted for payment.

Pure Altitude Spa

Your arrival at the Spa : We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your treatment in order to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that late arrivals will not result in extended treatments.

Relaxation and disconnection: Spa Pure Altitude is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. Please turn off your cell phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health conditions: For your own safety, please inform us of any health problems (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, cancer under treatment, etc.), allergies or injuries that could affect the smooth running of your treatment. Please also inform us if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy For safety reasons, we do not massage pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs adapted to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please ask for advice at the Spa reception desk.

Personal items In each massage room, there are baskets for your jewelry. However, we recommend that you remove all personal belongings before you arrive. Please note that the hotel accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items in bathrobes.

Wellness area: Our wellness area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited. In order to preserve the tranquility and exclusivity of this exceptional area, children under 12 are welcome between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and access to the gym and wellness facilities (saunas, hammam and ice room) is forbidden to children under 16.

Cancellation policy Prepaid treatment, non-cancellable. Can be changed up to 24 hours before treatment time if rescheduled, subject to availability.
