Flexible rates winter 2025

Deposit*: 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation*: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, except for the period from 21/12/2024 to 04/01/2025 when the deadline is 30 days.

Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

*Special conditions for Christmas and New Year (from 21/12/2024 to 04/01/2025)

Deposit : Beyond the 50% requested at the time of confirmation, the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: The full amount of the stay is retained in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.

*Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions.

‍Prepaid rates

Deposit*: 100% of the total cost of your stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation*: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained in the event of cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

*Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions.

Terms and conditions of sale :

Breakfast (if not included in room rate): €40 per day per person and €20 per day per child under 12.

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in room per night:

- Extra bed: €100 per day

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €140 / Child 3-12: €120

Baby facilities: offered

Pet: €30 per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: €2.50 per day per person over 18, €3.50 from 01.01.2025

Parking : €25 per day.

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : Rooms are available from 4pm.

Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

‍* For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the chosen rate) and in case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation ,via a secure payment link.
