In winter, for dinner, the Lodge Park takes you on a journey of flavors through the refined cuisine of the Beef Lodge, a steak house offering a selection of meats from the best farms. Enjoy ultra-melted or confit meats without moderation, a rare selection to choose from à la carte or from our butcher's stall.
Meat grilled, smoked with different types of wood, marinated or cooked at low temperature for over 70 hours before being put into the Argentine oven, in this refined setting adorned with wood and warm drapes, enhanced by trophies and skins, we leaf through the butcher's menu and stall, presenting only exceptional meats, as if we were leafing through a travel diary.
