When making your reservation at the Lodge Park, you will be asked for the following information:
- Name and surname
- Postal address
- Mobile phone number
- Name and surname of other participants in the trip
In addition, we will ask you for a credit card to guarantee the reservation or to pay the deposit if applicable.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE A CARD AS A GUARANTEE OR PAY A DEPOSIT?
At Lodge Park, depending on the price, we ask for a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total amount of the stay. You can pay the deposit by credit card (3D secure payment), cheque or bank transfer.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, we will keep the totality of the deposit paid. Finally, if the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the stay if you have paid a 50% deposit.
HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?
The tourist tax in Megève is 2.5€ per day and per adult (person over 18 years old)

CAN AN EXTRA BED BE ADDED TO THE ROOM?
We can add an extra bed in the adapted rooms, at a cost of 70€ per day.

Most of our rooms have a bacon or a terrace. When you make your reservation, please tell our reservation agent what you want.
ARE THERE BATHS IN EACH ROOM?
All rooms at the Lodge Park have a bath.
IS THE LODGE PARK A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL? ARE CHILDREN ACCEPTED?
We do not recommend the Lodge Park for families. The bar has a lively atmosphere, especially during the aperitif. The Mont Blanc hotel and the Fermes de Marie are more suitable.
DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
At Lodge Park, pets are welcome! There is a pet-friendly facility at a cost of €30 per day, excluding food, and including a mat and bowl.
DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST PACKAGES?
We offer a breakfast package. Breakfast is served at the buffet or in your room.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING? IS THERE A CHARGE?
The Lodge Park has its own underground car park at a cost of €25 per day.

From Paris (600 km): take the A6 motorway to Bourg en Bresse, then the A40, direction Geneva Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, direction Megève/Albertville, you are 12 km from Megève.
From Lyon (180 km): take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, direction Megève/Albertville, you are 12 km from Megève.
From Italy, take the Mont-Blanc tunnel towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, take the Route Blanche, exit at Le Fayet, direction Combloux/Megève.

The Lodge Park is located in the centre of Megève, in the pedestrian area of the village.
ARE THE SKI SLOPES CLOSE TO THE HOTEL?
The ski slopes are only 300 metres from the hotel.
