The Lodge Park is the ideal place to hold your seminars or incentives in Megève. The hotel has a meeting room for up to 20 people, perfect for informal gatherings in an inspiring and elegant setting.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

When you make your reservation at Lodge Park, we will ask you for the following information: first and last name, postal address, email address, cell phone number, as well as the first and last names of other guests. A credit card will also be required to guarantee the reservation or pay any deposit.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE BEST AVAILABLE RATE? HOW TO GET IT?

By booking directly via our call center on +33 4 50 93 09 77 or on the hotel's official website, you benefit from the best available rate. You can save up to €50 compared with other online booking sites, and you'll have access to exclusive offers.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE A CARD AS COLLATERAL OR PAY A DEPOSIT?

At Lodge Park, depending on the rate you choose, we require a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total cost of your stay. Deposits can be paid by credit card (3D secure payment), cheque or bank transfer.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, we will retain all deposits paid. In the event of cancellation on the same day, you will be required to pay the full amount of your stay if you have only paid a 50% deposit.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The Megève tourist tax is €2.5 per day per adult (over 18).

ARE THERE BATHTUBS IN EVERY ROOM?

Yes, all Lodge Park rooms have bathtubs.

IS THE LODGE PARK A KID-FRIENDLY HOTEL? ARE CHILDREN ACCEPTED?

The Lodge Park is not particularly recommended for families, due to the lively atmosphere, especially at the bar during the aperitif. For a family stay, we recommend Hôtel Mont-Blanc or Les Fermes de Marie.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

Yes, pets are welcome at Lodge Park! A special welcome is provided for them at a cost of €30 per day, including a mat and bowl (excluding food).

DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST FORMULAS?

We offer an all-inclusive breakfast. Breakfast is served as a buffet or can be delivered to your room.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING? IS THERE A CHARGE?

The Lodge Park has its own underground parking lot at a cost of €25 per day.

• From Geneva (70 km): Take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, then follow signs for Megève/Albertville, you're 12 km from Megève.
• From Paris (600 km): Take the A6 freeway to Bourg-en-Bresse, then the A40 to Genève Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, then follow signs to Megève/Albertville.
• From Lyon (180 km): Take the Autoroute Blanche towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, exit at Sallanches, then follow signs for Megève/Albertville.
• From Italy: Go through the Mont-Blanc tunnel towards Chamonix Mont-Blanc, then take the Route Blanche and exit at Le Fayet, towards Combloux/Megève.

HOW FAR IS THE CENTER OF MEGÈVE FROM THE HOTEL?

The Lodge Park is located in the center of Megève, in the pedestrian zone of the village.

ARE OUR ROOMS CERTIFIED PMR?

Our rooms are not PRM-certified. However, at Lodge Park, we provide equipment such as a portable magnetic loop, a wheelchair, a shower chair, a telephone adapted for the visually impaired, as well as luminous and vibrating alarm clocks, to facilitate access for people with disabilities. What's more, our staff are trained to welcome and assist people with disabilities.

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

At Lodge Park, you can check in from 4pm. If you arrive before this time, we invite you to relax in our lounges, where you can rest comfortably after your journey. Check-out must take place by noon at the latest. In the event of late departure without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO A LATE CHECK-OUT?

The Lodge Park offers late check-out, subject to room availability. During your stay, we recommend that you contact our reception desk to take advantage of this service.

IS THE RECEPTION OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?

Yes, Le Beef Lodge offers vegetarian and vegan dishes à la carte, catering for the different dietary habits of our guests.

DO YOU HAVE A TERRACE WHERE WE CAN EAT?

In Megève, Le Lodge Park offers you the chance to lunch or dine al fresco on a terrace in the middle of the gardens, weather permitting.

WHAT ARE THE BAR'S OPENING HOURS?

The Lodge Bar is open daily from 10am to midnight.

IS ACCESS TO THE SPA AND POOL RESERVED FOR HOTEL GUESTS?

Access to the wellness facilities, including swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and those with a Day Spa package. Outside guests can book treatments at the Lodge Park spa. At certain times of the year, the hotel offers a Day Spa package including breakfast or snack, 1 treatment and full access to the wellness area.

The Lodge Park does not have a hairdressing salon. However, our partner hotel, Les Fermes de Marie, just 1 km away, offers a Leonor Greyl hair salon. What's more, our concierge service can book you an appointment at a hair salon just across the street from the hotel for added convenience.
