In winter, for dinner, the Lodge Park takes you on a journey of flavors through the refined cuisine of the Beef Lodge, a steak house offering a selection of meats from the best farms. Enjoy ultra-melted or confit meats without moderation, a rare selection to choose from à la carte or from our butcher's stall.
Grilled meat, smoked with different types of wood, marinated, or cooked at a low temperature for more than 70 hours before being put in the Argentinean oven, in this refined place decorated with wood and warm hangings, enhanced with trophies and skins, we look at the menu and the butcher's stall, which present only exceptional meats, as if we were leafing through a travel book.
